These qualifications are aimed at aspiring managers or leaders, who have a passion to progress into management roles at various levels. Individuals can start at any level dependent on their current role and/or role opportunities.

All underpinning knowledge and skills are transferable into any sector or industry and can support a business to have a strong, resilient and good quality Leadership and Management Team.


Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading

This course will expand your knowledge on the principles of team leading and how a business operates, as well as developing key skills needed to be a successful team leader and communicate with a range of stakeholders, providing the first stepping stone for progression into management positions.

Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management

This qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers in team leader, supervisor or other roles leading or supervising personnel and will develop essential knowledge and skills of responsibilities and leadership performance required at this mid-level of management, across a range of business settings.

Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership

This qualification is designed for practising or aspiring middle managers and aims to develop professional management capabilities and skills including communication, decision-making, managing team dynamics and delegation capability, all key qualities that are valued in managers, by employers.

Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership

This Level is designed to equip you with advanced knowledge and skills in management and leadership, enabling you to tackle complex challenges with confidence, deepening your understanding of management theory and practice, and develop your ability to lead and motivate teams – an invaluable skill for both existing and prospective employers.
